The Ministry of Transport and Aviation of Afghanistan in a newsletter that transfers through road and rail transport between Afghanistan and the countries of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will increase.

According to Amac News: Afghanistan's Ministry of Transport and Aviation stated in its newsletter that Hamidullah Akhundzadeh, acting head of the ministry, had a discussion with the transport officials of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan on the sidelines of the North-South Transit and Trade Corridor meeting.
According to the news, the Acting Minister of Transport and Aviation of Afghanistan has discussed with the transport officials of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan about the development of road and rail transport between Afghanistan and these three countries.
The newsletter stated that the provision of transportation facilities between Afghanistan and the countries of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan was another key issue that was raised and discussed in this meeting.
The North-South Transit and Trade Corridor meeting was hosted by Kazakhstan and transport officials from Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan participated in it.
