The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan says that Chinese businessmen are interested in investing in solar energy production in Afghanistan.

According to Amac News: The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan has said in a newsletter that Ahmadullah Zahid, the deputy of the ministry, has met with a number of Chinese investors.
According to the newsletter, the meeting was attended by Ehsanullah Shahab, the head of the Special Economic Zones of Afghanistan. Chinese businessmen had investments in the solar energy production sector and agricultural technology in Afghanistan to show.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan while welcoming these businessmen said that it is a land of opportunities for investment and can prepare any kind of cooperation.
