According to Amac News: In the newsletter of The Directorate of Mines and Petroleum in Panjshir Province, it is stated that this amount of emerald was sold through "auction".
According to the newsletter, this amount of emerald worth 124,600 US dollars has been sold.
Based on the news, this amount of emeralds was extracted from the mines of Panjshir's Hesse1 district in the last two weeks.
