The Ministry of Public Works of Afghanistan has indicated that from the beginning to the end of the year 1402, 4.1 million metric tons of goods were transported through four railway routes in Afghanistan.
According to Amac News: The Ministry of Public Works of Afghanistan published a notice on X, while announcing this news, and said that this amount of goods was transported through the railway of Hairatan, Aqina, Herat-Khaf and Turghondi ports.
According to the announcement, Hairatan port in the north has the most transfers with 3 million 172 thousand 970 tons of goods.
The announcement added that the second busiest port in this regard is Turghondi Port railway in the west of the country, where 621 thousand 368 tons of goods were transferred from this port.
In the announcement, it is also written that 364 thousand 20 tons of these commercial goods were transferred from Aqina port and 10 thousand 702 tons from Herat-Khaf port.
