Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has announced that it has launched an insurance program to support workers.

According to Amac News: RAKEZ announcement states that this program is supposed to significantly increase the financial security and welfare of workers in companies registered in RAKEZ.
According to the announcement of RAKEZ, this program should be coordinated with the focus of the Ministry of Human Resources and the Emirates MoHRE on strengthening the financial security of employees.
The new insurance solution will replace the current visa deposit requirements and provide comprehensive insurance coverage that includes unpaid and unpaid wages, severance pay, repatriation expenses and work-related injury coverage.
