The Ministry of Finance (MoF) of UAE has launched a package of innovative initiatives as part of its commitment to the Zero Bureaucracy Program, including the Zero Bureaucracy Ideas Award and brainstorming workshops, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) said in a statement.
According to Amac News: The Ministry of Finance announced that these initiatives, which include a zero-bureaucracy web page, allow employees to discuss and suggest current procedures aimed at changing the customer experience.
Younis Haji Al Khoori, Deputy Minister of Finance, said that the new plans of the government's Zero Bureaucracy Program are presented to strengthen the participation of employees and customers of the Ministry of Finance in improving the quality and speed of government services.
He added: "We are sure that the new initiatives will play an important role in advancing the vision of "We UAE 2031" and achieving the goals of "Emirates Centennial 2071".
He also noted that the launch of the "Zero Bureaucracy Ideas Award" and the participation of the Ministry's employees in workshops and brainstorming sessions highlight the Ministry's commitment to fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, as well as encouraging employees to participate in the development of customer experience government operations.
The Ministry of Finance has involved its employees in the implementation of the "Zero Government Bureaucracy" program initiated by the UAE government to increase the quality and flexibility of its services.
Staff are encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions through workshops and brainstorming sessions, which mainly focus on reviewing and improving the current customer service procedures of the Ministry with the aim of increasing their efficiency and speed.
As part of its strategy to engage employees in the Zero Bureaucracy program, the ministry also launched the Zero Bureaucracy Ideas Award to encourage employees to come up with innovative ideas.
It engages employees in improving the performance of the government while providing them with the opportunity to participate in different stages of the program, enhancing their engagement and allowing them to submit their suggestions through a dedicated link. All submitted ideas are evaluated by a specialized team.
