The graduation ceremony was the first batch of the "Swan" program, a unique initiative aimed at empowering Emirati women in the field of entrepreneurship organized by the Khalifa Enterprise Development Fund.
Graduates were honored for their achievements and launching their entrepreneurial ventures. During the event, participants shared their inspiring stories and highlighted the various programs they went through over the course of 6-8 weeks.
Moza Obaid Al Nasri, Acting CEO of Khalifa Fund, said that the aim of this program is to enhance the capabilities of Emirati women and increase their confidence in their ability to transform household projects into sustainable emerging businesses, given the competitive business environment, which is conducive to creating a community.
