The Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) announced the announcement of the list of Masdar Green Bonds.

According to Amac News: ADX announcement states that the offering of Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar Green Bonds in the amount of 1,000,000,000 US dollars will be announced in two parts.
According to the pricing terms, the first tranche of Green Bonds is $500,000,000 with a fixed interest rate of 4.875% due in 2029.
While the second installment is $500,000,000 with an interest rate of 5.250% due in 2034.
