The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has announced the launch of "Ask MOEI", a new chatbot based on artificial intelligence.

According to Amac News: The announcement of the Ministry of Energy states that this chatbot is designed to handle a wide range of public questions and service requests.
From basic questions to more complex service-related questions, the platform provides quick and accurate answers, according to the announcement.
Developed in collaboration with the Communications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), the chatbot ensures 24/7 support and helps users save time accessing key information and services.
This initiative is part of the ministry's broader efforts to embrace digital transformation and improve service delivery, which aligns with the vision of "Ma Emirates 2031".
By increasing communication through advanced technologies, the ministry is committed to making its services more efficient and accessible to the public.
