The Embassy of Afghanistan in Malaysia published a newsletter saying that Naqibullah Ahmadi, the Afghan ambassador in Kuala Lumpur met with Dato HJ Ahmad Azam Ab Rahman, the special representative of Malaysia for Afghanistan affairs.
According to Amac News: The embassy has published a newsletter in its X-sheet that Afghan diplomats have discussed the political, security and economic situation of this country in a meeting with the special representative of Malaysia for Afghanistan affairs.
According to the newsletter, the expansion of relations between the two countries, raising the level of diplomatic interaction and the beginning of Malaysia's political presence in Kabul were among the other topics discussed between the parties in this meeting.
In this meeting, the Afghan side also asked Malaysia to expand its cooperation with Afghanistan.
On the other hand, Dato Ahmad Azam, Malaysia's special representative for Afghanistan affairs, spoke about the Prime Minister's interest in Afghanistan and expressed his hope that high-ranking Malaysian officials will visit Kabul.
