The Director General of the Ministry of Land and Real Estate Regulations said that the total number of real estate transactions in the UAE in August with total value of more than 57.1 billion AEDs reached 1,264.

According To Amac News: Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ministry of Lands and Real Estate Regulations, said the total volume of transactions has reached AED950 million from 1,005.
He added that the “Helio 2” area has recorded the highest sales value of 38.7 million AEDs.
He explained that real estate transactions in Ajman, according to the real estate report issued by this sector, increased by 4.6 % compared to the same period of 2023.
He confirmed that the Agency real estate sector is witnessing exceptional activity and continues to achieve positive rates, provide investment options and attract more investors, which would increase demand for real estate.
The general manager also noted that the department has registered 184 mortgage transactions in a total of 267 million AEDs, the highest value of 14 million AEDs in the "Al Nuaimia 1"area.
