The Directorate of Tourism Development in Ajman has announced that it has launched a promotional tour to the Commonwealth of Independent States.

According to Amac News: In the announcement of the Ajman Tourism Development Directorate, it is stated that this tour was launched under the leadership of Mahmoud Khalil AlHashmi, the general director of the Ajman Tourism Development Directorate.
According to the announcement, the tour, which will be held from September 14 to 21, is organized to strengthen cooperation with representatives of the tourism sector of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in order to attract more tourists to the Emirate of Ajman.
The promotional tour includes visits to Almaty, Tashkent and Baku, during which the ministry will highlight Ajman's latest tourist destinations and new projects aimed at promoting the UAE's position as a global tourism destination, the statement said.
Ajman is currently witnessing a significant increase in tourists from the Commonwealth of Independent States and has recorded an exceptional 12% increase in visitors and 12% increase in overnight stays.
This is a testimony to the increasing attractiveness of the emirate as a tourist destination. A 3% increase in hotel occupancy rate and a 5% increase in room revenue compared to the previous year have been observed.
Ajman Tourism Development Authority seeks to strengthen collaborations with global partners and help create new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
In addition, the ministry aims to expand tourism opportunities from CIS countries, increase the number of visitors and tourism revenue, support the local economy by increasing hotel income and creating new job opportunities.
