The UAE hotel sector has also continued to perform well in the first seven months of the year in all hotel indicators, including the occupancy rate of 77.1%, which is among the highest in the world.
Total available rooms in Dubai reached 151,417 rooms by the end of July 2024, compared to 148,711 rooms in July 2023, with the number of rooms available in Dubai reaching 825 units, up from 813 rooms at the same point last year.
