Etihad Airways Company has published a report that it has received 12 million passengers in eight months, which has increased by 36% compared to the previous year.

According to Amac News: According to the traffic statistics of this airline company for August 2024, the number of 12-month passengers has reached more than 17 million people, which is almost 70% more than the entire year of 2022.
The airline carried 1.7 million guests and achieved an average passenger load of 89% in August, indicating a very strong performance during the summer holiday season.
Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, said the number of passengers in August increased significantly compared to the same period last year.
According to him, this airline has maintained a healthy passenger load factor of 89% for August 2024.
He added that Etihad's operational fleet has increased to 95 aircraft during the same period last year. This increase of 16 new aircraft in the last twelve months is the result of the ambition and commitment of the entire company, while consistently delivering a load factor of more than 86%.

In August, the company delivered the last two of six A321neos expected in 2024, the report said.
