Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).

According to Amac News: In the announcement of Abu Dhabi Global Market, it is stated that this agreement was signed to facilitate the transfer of real estate services in ADGM's wide jurisdiction.
According to the announcement, the agreement creates a strategic partnership between ADGM and DMT to transition real estate services and increase the efficiency and quality of municipal services provided to residents and businesses in ADGM's jurisdiction.
The agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities of both authorities and ensures a seamless transition of the real estate sector in Al-Rim Island from DMT to ADGM, while continuing to collaborate on urban planning, infrastructure and other essential services with Enhances DMT.
Under the agreement, the ADGM will also introduce a comprehensive regulatory framework to ensure transparency, efficiency and global alignment of real estate practices across the wider jurisdiction.
