Afghanistan's national futsal team lost 4-1 to Ukraine in the final match of the group stage of the 2024 Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan.


According To Amac News: The match between Afghanistan and Ukraine was played in Andijan, Uzbekistan, on Saturday evening.
The Ukrainian national futsal team scored the first goal in the 14th minute of the first half through a penalty kick and a minute later, the second goal was scored by Afghanistan.
The first half of the match between the two teams ended with a 2-0 lead in favor of the national futsal team of Ukraine.
In the second half, Afghanistan managed to make up for one of the goals scored in the 25th minute by Mehran Gholami; But in the 36th and 37th minutes, two more goals were scored.
The match ended with a 4-1 victory for Ukraine, securing the team's advance to the next stage of the tournament.
Afghanistan are third in Group C with three points and two goal differences, behind Argentina and Ukraine.
The Afghanistan national futsal team has a chance to advance to the next round and will probably go to the next round as one of the best teams in the third round.
Afghanistan had beaten Angola 6-4 and lost 2-1 to Argentina in their previous matches.
The 2024 Futsal World Cup is being hosted by Uzbekistan with the participation of 24 teams.
