The Ministry of Energy and Water Afghanistan quoted the head of the company as saying that Finland Energy Group was "ready" to invest in solar power projects in Afghanistan.
According to the ministry, it was decided that the technical teams of both sides would work together to coordinate affairs to provide the ground for the start of practical work.
