AMAC - We helped 4 million people in Afghanistan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says more than 23 million people in Afghanistan are in need of assistance.
OCHA had requested $3.06 billion this year to help the people of Afghanistan, but according to OCHA, only a small part of the budget has been provided.
