According to Amac News: In the announcement of the Zayed Sustainability Award, it is stated that this year's final candidates have been selected after the review of the jury.
The winners will be announced at the Zayed Sustainability Awards ceremony on January 14, 2025 as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, the announcement said.
The Zayed Sustainability Prize jury selected 33 finalists from among 5,980 projects received in six categories: health, food, energy, water, climate action and global high schools.
According to the announcement, through the 117 winners of this award, 11.35 million people have access to safe drinking water, 54 milliona homes to reliable energy, 3.6 million people to more nutritious food and more than 744 thousand people to health care.
