A complete list of key institutions related to enabling startups, along with information on Dubai accelerators, business incubators, sandboxes and free zones, is provided in this guide, the announcement continued.
The launch of this guide comes ahead of Expand North Star 2024, the world's largest gathering for startups and investors.
The Dubai Startup Guide provides sector-specific guidelines for establishing startups in ten areas of the digital economy, including details of specialized free zones, accelerators, business incubators, and syndrome boxes, as well as events and regulations relevant to each sector.
This guide is designed to help local and international startups navigate Dubai's business landscape, enabling them to make informed decisions and capitalize on the city's unique position as a global business hub.
The number of invited investors screened to participate in this year's edition is set to increase to around 1,200. The funds' senior partners will connect with an anticipated 1,800 startups from over 100 countries worldwide, representing the largest number of late-stage startups of any event globally.
