In the announcement, it is emphasized that in the new center, property and asset management, sales, leasing, brokerage, third-party evaluation and monitoring of facility management will be carried out.
Skyrise Properties' initial focus will be on managing Ajman Bank's extensive real estate portfolio valued at AED 5.5 billion, while expanding its services to foreign clients.
