The Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) has announced that its residential rental portfolio, formerly known as Dubai Asset Management, has been rebranded as Dubai Residential.


According to Amac News: In the announcement of the asset management of Dubai Holding, it is stated that this brand change is done after the merger of Nakheel and Maidan in Dubai Holding, which will lead to a significant expansion of Dubai's residential portfolio.
According to the announcement, the new identity emphasizes the group's commitment to improving the quality of life of Dubai residents and supporting the continuous development of the emirate.
The complex, united under the Dubai Residential brand, comprises 40,000 homes serving more than 150,000 residents.
Founded in the early 2000s, the group has continuously evolved through strategic development to become Dubai's wealth management.
The comprehensive Dubai Residential portfolio now includes City Walk Residences, Bluewaters Residences, Remraam, Shorooq, Ghoroob, Badrah, Manazel Al Khor, Meydan Residence 1, Layan, Bayti Villas, Nad Al Sheba Villas, Dubai Wharf, and The Meyden Heights.
