AMAC - ADREC Settlement Dispute Centre delivers results in Q3 2024

Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center (ADREC), the custodian and regulator of the city's real estate sector, said in a statement that significant progress has been made in the settlement center of the institution in the third quarter of 2024.

According to Amac News: According to this announcement, this center has achieved 83% success in resolving disputes.
The additional declaration that out of 969 cases, 808 cases, which include 26% of these disputes, have ended with compromise.
Rashed Al Ameera, Acting General Manager at ADREC, said: "Continued success in dispute resolution shows how we simplify the journey for all parties, make the market more transparent, and provide convenience for investors."
He added: "We are proud to witness the resolution of more cases, which is the cornerstone of our long-term strategy of strengthening cooperation and building trust."
The center's proactive stance by holding 1,934 dispute resolution meetings in the third quarter of this year shows that the center emphasizes a practical approach in resolving disputes.
