This will enable EasyLease to integrate its technology-based mobility solutions with Gallega's extensive infrastructure to create a fully integrated mobility and logistics ecosystem, according to the announcement.
Gallega Global Logistics specializes in integrated supply chain services in the automotive, industrial, FMCG, healthcare and retail sectors and serves more than 100 countries worldwide. In 2023, the volume of vehicles handled exceeded 130,000 units.
The acquisition of EasyLease brings new opportunities to integrate technology, such as artificial intelligence systems and the Internet of Things, to increase efficiency and create innovative, scalable and sustainable logistics solutions.
