According to Amac News: The G42 announcement states that the new director brings an exceptional track record with three decades of leadership and delivery of cloud and artificial intelligence programs at Microsoft, which aligns with G42's strategic goals to drive global growth.
 Previously working as Microsoft's VP of Customer Experience Engineering with Azure AI, Dalloul has extensive operational experience in AI commercialization, enterprise adoption and product strategy.
He will serve as CEO of G42's US business and lead the company's US operations.
The news follows a recent visit by the UAE's national leadership to the United States, which has reinforced the country's role as a key international partner in the US technology agenda.
