EasyLease's announcement said the strong financial performance was driven by increased demand for transportation solutions, particularly in the growing transportation and logistics sectors, underscoring EasyLease's leading role in the UAE's moving market.
According to the announcement, the company's operating profit for YTD also increased to 32.7 million dirhams, representing an increase of 47.2 percent year-on-year, driven by operational efficiency and continued market expansion.
Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation (EBITDA) also showed a significant growth and reached 77.5 million dirhams, compared to 51.0 million dirhams last year, indicating the company's focus on increasing shareholder value.
Net profit after tax for YTD 2024 is AED 27.9 million, up 5% compared to AED 26.5 million reported in 2023.
Easy Lease has expanded its operations into new territories, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, while making several new investments in car rental, limousine and recovery services.
