Formalized through a memorandum of understanding, the partnership also includes exploring high-potential locations for retail expansion, implementing smart retail solutions, improving advanced logistics infrastructure, and enhancing customer experiences with innovative retail technologies.
A dedicated working committee, consisting of representatives from Modon Holding and LuLu Retail, will oversee collaboration, communication and identification of potential projects and initiatives.
According to the announcement, the purpose of this committee is to facilitate the sharing of expertise, optimize operations and maximize benefits for both parties.
