According to the two economic groups, the facility, strategically located in KEZAD, is a Build-to-Suit model developed by KEZAD specifically for Emtelle.
The facility will enable Emteller to meet the significant demand for high-speed Internet and telecommunications infrastructure in the region and around the world, according to the announcement.
The facility will also play an important role in supporting the growing needs of the UAE's telecommunications infrastructure as the country continues its ambitious digital transformation.
Emtelle said the investment aligns with the company's vision to provide innovative and sustainable telecommunications solutions, which are critical to the development of smart cities and interconnected societies.
Designed with scalability and sustainability at its core, the facility uses energy-efficient technologies and resource management systems to ensure minimal environmental impact.
