According to
Amac News: This news agency quoted the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development of China and reported that second-hand house transactions for the seventh month in October increased by 8.9 percent compared to the same period last year.
In October, the volume of newly built housing transactions increased by 6.7% and second-hand houses by 4.5%.
These two months, which the real estate market calls "Golden September and Silver Seal", are the peak sales season in the second half of the year. Typically, September is the stronger of the two months as property developers strive to meet their third quarter targets.
