AMAC - Real estate transactions volume in Sharjah increases

The Sharjah Real Estate Registry has announced in a report that the volume of real estate transactions in the central and eastern regions of the emirate has reached 1.3 billion dirhams in the first nine months of 2024.

According to Amac News: Based on the report of the Sharjah Real Estate Registry, this figure shows a 57.6% increase compared to last year.
According to this report, the total number of real estate transactions in the branches of this department reached 22,059 and their total area was 37 million square feet.
Omar al-Mansouri, director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registry Branch Department, said that this new record was achieved due to the government's continuous attention to infrastructure development and support for investors.
