The UAE women's national sailing team won four medals at the end of the first round of the Arab Women's Sailing Championship.

According to Amac News: In this competition, which ended yesterday (Saturday, November 17) in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, and was held with the participation of eight teams, the UAE won four medals, including two gold medals, in the overall ranking.
Gold medals were won by Marwa al-Hammadi and two silver medals were won by Kamilia al-Qubaisi and Madia Niadi.
The first edition of the Arab Women's Sailing Championship was organized by the Bahrain Maritime Sports Association, together with the Arab Sailing Federation.
