UAE collaborates with UiPath to advance AI-powered automation

The UAE Office of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Programs announced today that it has partnered with UiPath, a global leader in automation and artificial intelligence, to advance intelligent automation.


According to Amac News: Citing the office, the collaboration will focus on the development of artificial intelligence-based automation solutions in government institutions and aims to equip UAE talent with critical skills in the field of artificial intelligence.
The cooperation agreement was signed between Omar Sultan Al Ulama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Programs of the UAE, and Daniel Dennis, Founder and CEO of UiPath, along with the UiPath team.
At the signing ceremony of the agreement, Abdul Rahman Al-Mahmoud, Director of the UAE Office of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Programs, said that the UAE government is committed to working with entrepreneurs and private sector companies in the fields of advanced technology to achieve the goals of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.
As part of this collaboration, UiPath will support the creation of an automation and artificial intelligence training program for 100 government employees or students. UiPath will also help empower participants in "Coders HQ," an initiative of the National Coders Program.
This training framework, supported by UiPath Academy, gives participants the opportunity to earn valid UiPath certifications.
In addition, UiPath and the said office will jointly design a program and develop a roadmap to empower public enterprises and startups to exploit artificial intelligence and automation technologies. This collaboration will include the launch of pilot projects to explore the capabilities of the UiPath business automation platform.
