Abu Dhabi to Host Second Edition of the "Arabian Days" Festival

The Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center announced that it will hold the second edition of the "Arabic Days" festival from December 14 to 16, 2024, at Minarat al-Sadiyat.


According to Amac News: Based on the announcement, this event, which coincides with the World Arabic Language Day, emphasizes Abu Dhabi's commitment to promote the Arabic language as a dynamic language related to the contemporary era.
The aim of the festival is to show the integration of the Arabic language with modern technologies and showcase its beauty and diversity, while preserving its rich heritage and identity.
This festival will examine the current state of the Arabic language, its relationship with modern technologies and its potential in the age of artificial intelligence.
In addition, the "Arab Personalities" event will pay tribute to the groundbreaking contributions of scientists such as Jabir Ibn Hayyan, known as the father of modern chemistry, and Ahmed Zaweil, the first Arab winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
The festival will offer a diverse cultural program for different audiences, including Arabic speakers and non-Arabic speakers. Participants will have the opportunity to view the gallery of selected artworks from the Kenz Al Jail Award and immerse themselves in the beauty of the Arabic language in various art forms.
One of the highlights will be the "Fire Storytelling Sessions" that will bring the heritage of Arabic folklore to life.
The second edition of the Arab Days Festival will explore various and challenging topics, including the role of artificial intelligence in shaping Arab culture and creativity, the future of Arab artificial intelligence, and its impact on music and storytelling.
