Speaking at the 'Resources of Tomorrow: Accelerating Energy Transition' conference, which was part of the Mines & Money Show, SAIF Zone highlighted the UAE's growing status as a key global hub for the jewelery and gemstone trade.
He also mentioned the strategic importance of the gold, diamond and goods park, which is known as one of the largest gold refining hubs in the countries of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council. This park houses more than 55 gold refineries and more than 250 regional and international companies active in the production and trade of gold, platinum, silver and titanium.
The Director of SAIF Zone also noted that the Gold, Diamond and Commodities Park serves as an ideal platform to support the production and trade of precious metals and jewellery.
