Dubai hosts initiative to enhance skills of economic content creators

The Dubai Press Club (DPC) announced yesterday, Monday, October 16, that it has launched the first phase of the Content Creators Program in Dubai.


According to Amac News: Based on the DPC announcement, the program is designed to equip emerging talents and content creators with advanced skills to create effective digital content.
The first phase of the program, titled the "Economic Content Creators Program", will run from December 16, 2024 to January 8, 2025.
Led by leading experts and reputable financial organizations, the three-week program will train emerging media talents to enhance economic literacy in the fast-paced digital space.
Speaking at the program, UAE Minister of Economy, Abdullah bin Tawq Al Marri, said that individuals need to be familiar with the tools and techniques needed to deliver accurate and impactful messages. He also stressed the UAE’s support for the development of the media sector, saying the country is emerging as a regional hub for global media organisations.
On the other hand, the President of the Dubai Press Club, Mona Al Marri, stressed the importance of producing economic content to promote financial literacy in communities, adding, “Economic content contributes to a deeper understanding of key issues that affect our daily lives.”
Officials say the Economic Content Producers Programme seeks to simplify complex economic topics and promote creativity. The programme also highlights the role of modern technology, including artificial intelligence, and the importance of data management to produce dynamic and specialised content.
