According to Amac News: The deadline for submitting applications for the regional competitions is February 15, 2025, while registration for the main AIM competition will continue until February 28, 2025.
The final round of pitches will be held on April 7 and 8, 2025, with the awards ceremony taking place on April 9, 2025 at AIM Congress.
The regional competitions focus on startups in the Seed and Series A stages and will focus on innovative ideas with high potential for scalability.
Regional winners from eight key regions—Latin America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the United States, China, ASEAN, and India—will advance to the Global Startup Expo finals and compete for the final time at the AIM Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi.
These innovators will have the chance to pitch their businesses to a global audience of investors, industry representatives, and decision-makers.
The final round winners will receive a guaranteed investment that will support the growth of their startups. AIM Congress has a total of $200,000 in funding to support startups and innovative ideas.
AIM Congress Director General Walid Farghal said the competition underscores the congress’s mission to connect startups to the resources, networks and investment opportunities they need to succeed. The 14th edition of AIM Congress will host more than 25,000 prominent figures from 180 countries.
