China's SOEs invest $278.26 billion in emerging industries in 11 months

China's centrally-administrated state-owned enterprises have invested 2 trillion yuan (about $278.26 billion) in strategic emerging industries from January to November 2024, an increase of 18.7 percent over last year, according to published official data.
