Sharjah Economic Development Authority (SEDD) has announced that it has become the first government entity in the UAE, both at the local and federal levels, to achieve ISO 23326:2022 certification in Human Resource Management - Employee Engagement.

Amac News: Hammad Ali Abdullah Al-Mahmood, head of SEDD, emphasized the importance of this achievement and said: "Obtaining this certificate shows effective strategic direction, significant achievements in internal management efficiency and outstanding procedures of this department."
Al-Mahmood added that this achievement also confirms SEDD's external role in supporting Sharjah's economic activities and promoting growth in various sectors.
He attributed this success to the efforts of the department's staff and emphasized SEDD's commitment to strengthening the economy of Sharjah through strategic planning and providing excellent services with qualified human resources.
