Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of the M42 Group, has announced that it has received Magnet designation for nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for the second year in a row.

Amac News: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi said in a statement that this honor, which is recognized as a global benchmark for nursing excellence, reflects the clinic's commitment to providing compassionate care, innovative practices and professional nursing standards.
This clinic won this award in 2019 as the first and youngest hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The renaming of the Magnet designation acknowledges the exceptional caliber of the hospital's nursing team, which demonstrates excellence in all aspects of patient care.
According to the announcement, 97 percent of nurses hold advanced certifications, 90 percent have participated in leadership development programs, and 85 percent have participated in groundbreaking research that is shaping the future of patient care.
The announcement states that 100 percent of nurses have completed advanced patient safety training courses and 99 percent of them have a bachelor's degree or higher.
"Our nurses not only meet the Magnet® standards, they are defining and demonstrating excellence in the profession," added Elizabeth Gowro, Chief Nursing Officer at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
