According to Amac News: In the real estate report published by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, it is stated that this figure shows an unprecedented growth of 102 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
According to the report, the number of real estate transactions reached 1,169 in December 2024, including 935 real estate transactions valued at more than 1.86 billion dirhams, with Al-Jarf 1 neighborhood recording the highest property sale at 300 million dirhams.
In the report, it is emphasized that Ajman real estate market is experiencing unprecedented growth and has achieved record figures that show the quality of this sector, the variety of investment opportunities and its attractiveness for investors in different sectors.

The report also reported 148 mortgage transactions in December 2024, the total value of which was more than 252.8 million dirhams. The highest mortgage value, 11.2 million dirhams, was recorded in Al Jarf Industrial Zone 3.
