The exhibition will be held from January 22 to 25 at the Sharjah Exhibition Center.
Organized by SCCI and SRERD, the exhibition will be held on an area of ​​over 10,000 square meters and will feature the introduction of several innovative and unique real estate projects that will be presented for the first time in the UAE and beyond.
The exhibition will showcase new investment opportunities in the real estate sector, including residential, commercial and industrial properties, plots of land and hotel and hospitality development projects, both completed and under construction.

"ACRES this year is experiencing its largest period since its establishment and includes more than 110 exhibitors, with significant participation from leading companies in the field of local, regional and international real estate development and investment," said Mohammad Ahmad Amin Al Awadi.
He added: "The volume of transactions in the Sharjah real estate market in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 increased by 35.6 percent and reached a total value of 18.2 billion dirhams."
Al-Awadi pointed out that another sign of the success of the exhibition is the registration of real estate transactions worth 1.4 billion dirhams in the period of 2024, which represents a significant growth rate of 202.4 percent compared to last year.
