The center is designed to empower creators, increase their impact, and create sustainable frameworks for a growing creator economy.
This initiative originates from the "Support Fund for Content Creators", which was launched under the guidance of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, during the second round of the "1 Billion Followers" Summit in 2024.
This fund in the amount of 150 million dirhams is dedicated to support creators, innovators and creative initiatives and helps to grow the digital content sector.
The center was officially launched at the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Session in 2025, which the UAE calls the largest global event in the content creator economy.
The summit was held from January 11 to 13 in Dubai, at Emirates Towers, DIFC and Future Museum, and brought together more than 15,000 content creators, more than 420 speakers and 125 CEOs and global experts.
Creators HQ is launched with 100 members representing the world's best creators from over 20 countries. The initiative has also been endorsed and supported by more than 15 leading global names in written or visual content, including Meta, TikTok, X, Spotter, Creator Now, Tube Filter, Epidemic Sound and New Media Academy.
Mohammed Al Gargawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, said: "Our main goal is for global content creators in the UAE, which is known for its cultural diversity, to come together and be supported and connected to funding and investors so that they can innovate and expand their sphere of influence.
Creators HQ is going to hold more than 300 events and workshops every year. The center will respond to the changing needs of the global creator economy, and members will benefit from exclusive benefits and services, including assistance with UAE Golden Visa applications, relocation support, and company incorporation and registration.
By empowering creators at every level, Creators HQ will help expand their influence and enhance their skills in a supportive and innovative environment.
