A high-ranking delegation from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including Asmaaw Mengistu, Head of the Urban Study Desk and Legal Framework Preparation in the Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure; Birok Nidav, CEO of the Federal Digital Civil Service Committee; Yatagso Desalegn, Deputy Director General of the Ethiopian Institute of Artificial Intelligence, while visiting the headquarters of the Dubai Culture Organization, met and talked with the officials of this organization.

Amac News: Based on the UAE media, this meeting was held in order to examine ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, exchange experience and obtain information about Dubai's government governance models.
This initiative is in line with the UAE-Ethiopia bilateral cooperation framework in the field of government modernization and development and is under the partnership between the Government Knowledge Exchange Office and the Mohammed Bin Rashid School for Government.
During the meeting, Dubai Culture officials provided an overview of digital transformation platforms, intelligent systems and innovative AI-based solutions that help improve cultural and artistic events.
Officials of Dubai Culture informed the Ethiopian delegation about the various programs of their organization. One such program was the organization's initiative to attract talent through participation in events under the Sikka platform and its strategic projects and future plans to make Dubai a global hub for the creative economy by 2026.
Also, in this meeting, the development of cultural exchange programs, the implementation of the Sikka platform in Ethiopia and the use of the experience of Dubai Culture to improve cultural tourism in cultural centers and museums of Ethiopia were discussed.
