The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES), held from January 22 to 25 at the Sharjah Expo Centre, recorded real estate transactions worth AED4.3 billion for development projects in 2025, reflecting a remarkable growth of 207 percent compared to the previous edition.

Amac News: The exhibition, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), attracted over 15,000 visitors.
This year's Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition witnessed a record-breaking participation of over 110 exhibitors, including major real estate development and investment companies as well as top-tier property developers from across the UAE and the region. Additionally, new participants were drawn to the exhibition due to its prominent status and reputation.
The exhibition also saw the presence of real estate agents, brokers, banks, and financial institutions, as well as providers of architectural design services, legal consultancy firms, security and safety solution providers, and project management companies. It showcased a diverse portfolio of real estate projects, ranging from luxury residential units and modern villas to innovative commercial and industrial properties and land parcels.
The 2025 edition also featured the official launch of several new real estate projects, making their debut in the UAE and beyond.
Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director-General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), stated that this year’s Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition achieved significant milestones, with SRERD registering real estate transactions worth AED4.3 billion during the exhibition period.
