Andry Rajoelina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, highlighted the UAE’s effective role in supporting Madagascar’s economic vision, saying that cooperation with the UAE will allow his country to experience a qualitative leap through numerous development projects.

Amac News: At the Global Governments Summit 2025 held in Dubai on Tuesday, February 11, Rajoelina stated, “The UAE will train over a million young Malagasy in programming during the next phase.”
He also mentioned strengthening and developing the tourism sector to support efforts towards sustainable economic development.
The President of Madagascar noted that the two countries are carrying out ambitious projects, and stressed that Madagascar has a plan and vision that needs to be implemented and developed. He emphasized the UAE’s role in realizing these visions.
