According to Al-Bayan, according to data from the Speedtest index, a specialized index measuring global internet speed, the networks of UAE operators maintained their superiority in internet speed in most months of last year.
Meanwhile, Emirati networks and operators also ranked second in the field of fixed internet services in January, and the country's domestic market has experienced a five-point increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Emirati officials stated that these developments have occurred in light of active steps to develop the infrastructure of terrestrial service networks and move towards future technologies.
