According to Amac News, based on the DARI news website of the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, real estate transactions since the beginning of the year have reached 9.8 billion dirhams in 2,676 transactions, while mortgage transactions in the same period reached 7.2 billion dirhams for 2,352 transactions.
In addition, the total value of usufruct transactions for 28 properties exceeded 229 million dirhams.
Abu Dhabi said it continues to strengthen its position as a leading and trusted real estate investment destination.
According to the emirate, the acceleration of the real estate sector also reflects Abu Dhabi's advanced infrastructure, which supports the growth of various projects and provides a competitive business environment.
