According to the report, one in five people in 59 countries will face acute food insecurity in 2023, compared to only one in 10 in 48 countries in 2016.

According to the report, this problem has worsened significantly since the outbreak of the COVID-19 crisis.

In the continuation of this report, when the corona virus spread in 2019, in 55 countries, one out of every six people faced food insecurity, while in 2020, one out of every five people faced food insecurity.
