Students from the United Arab Emirates won the Best Overall Presentation Award at the second Gulf Arts Festival for general education students in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

According to Amac News: This festival was organized by the Education Office of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf and the Ministry of Education of the UAE from April 30 to May 3 with the participation of 120 students.
Participants of the Persian Gulf Arts Festival competed in three categories: School Theater, Arabic calligraphy and visual arts.
