EDGE, one of the world's leading advanced technology and defense groups, has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with PT Pindad, an Indonesian state-owned company and one of the leading defense manufacturers in Asia.

According to Amac News: This agreement signed beetwen, Indonesian president-elect and Minister of Defence, during an official visit to the UAE this week.
The contract worth 27 million dollars equal to 99 million dirhams has been signed to supply the ammunition production line.
This agreement is for the production of 5.56x45mm and 7.62x51mm caliber ammunition.
This agreement is part of the two countries' efforts to increase bilateral trade to 10 billion dollars by 2030 based on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
